Thomas is a social research specialist at the UNC Charlotte Urban Institute. In this capacity Thomas supports a variety of projects, including those related to education, housing, and human and social services. His primary responsibilities include project design and management, data collection and analysis, and report writing and review.
Thomas earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Boston College in 2013. He received his masters in social work with a certificate in nonprofit management from UNC Chapel Hill in 2016.
