Rob is a partner in the Womble Carlyle Sandridge and Rice Real Estate Development Practice Group in Charlotte. Rob is currently a member of the North Carolina House of Representatives, representing District 88. Rob serves as the Vice-Chair of the Education Appropriations Subcommittee and serves on various other committees, including the Regulatory Reform and Insurance Committees. Rob is actively involved serving on various boards in the community and remains an active Teach for America alum.


Rob received his bachelor of arts in history from UNC Chapel Hill and juris doctor from Duke University Law School


Commercial real estate transactions, including land use and zoning issues, acquisitions and dispositions, deal structure, development and financing, leasing and general corporate matters. His experience includes working with local city planning officials and city council members on land use, zoning and economic development issues.
